The EMPIRE ROYALE is a luxury mini estate that would accommodate 56 families in a relatively high class residential area of Lagos state. On 7000 square meters of land, the Empire Royale which is one of our best designs so far has 4 apartment blocks, each rising 7 suspended floors to give occupants a panoramic view of Lagos state, coastline of the Atlantic ocean and the on going construction of the Eko Atlantic.
